Biography

Mr. Sivaraj holds a Master of Urban and Rural Planning from the Technical University of Nova Scotia, a Master of Science (Agriculture) and a Bachelor of Science (Agriculture) both from the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University.
Mr. Sivaraj is a seasoned professional with experience in developing partnerships with governmental and non-governmental organizations; providing strategic advice and options to senior managers; managing the delivery of national programs; and providing analysis and market intelligence.
Mr. Sivaraj has worked with the private and public sectors, non-governmental organizations, and undertaken projects for other international organizations. He has worked for Public Services and Procurement Canada in both Atlantic and Ontario Regions, and prior to his appointment, he was a Senior Policy Advisor with the Rural Secretariat, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, Ontario Region.
The Regional Director, Office of Small and Medium Enterprises (OSME) provides the leadership to support all OSME functions in the region in order to maintain and advance the mandate of the Office in achieving the objectives of the Government of Canada and the priorities of PSPC across all Business Lines.
